Which payment methods do you accept?
You may pay for your purchase with your choice of the following payment methods: PayPal Account ~ Credit Card / Debit Card (via PayPal) ~ Bank Check ~ Cashier's Check ~ Personal Check ~ Money Order. A PayPal Account is not required to pay with a Credit Card / Debit Card on the secure PayPal website.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Detailed shipping costs for available shipping services are presented on product detail pages and during checkout. You may also review worldwide estimated shipping costs on our Terms of Service page. We do not add a handling charge to the shipping cost.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes! A discounted, combined shipping cost is available! The combined shipping cost for multiple items includes buyer's choice of shipping for the first item, plus free shipping of equal value for each additional item (domestic and international). Items are shipped flat in a protective sleeve, within a rigid cardboard mailer prominently stamped "DO NOT BEND."

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Transit time and arrival date depend on buyer's selected shipping service and shipping destination. If payment is sent via PayPal, the item will ship the same day or the next day. If payment is sent via Check or Money Order, the item will ship after receipt and clearance of payment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International buyers are always welcome! Worldwide shipping is available to anywhere in the world! International shipping insurance may be available upon request.

What is your return policy?
A full refund, including original and return shipping costs, shall be available for any item that, upon delivery, does not correspond to the item's description at the time of purchase.* The buyer must promptly request a refund and return the item within seven (7) days, in the same condition as it was shipped. * A full refund due to loss or damage during shipment shall be available only if the shipment is insured.
